I’ve read somewhere that we better acquainted with cosmos then we know of our oceans. Hard to believe, isn’t it, but it is true. How can it be that what can be reached with relative ease, especially in comparison to the outer space, stays unknown and still keeps its secrets from us? From us, humans, bodies of which consists about 70% water. Aren’t we a part of it? Well, in our justification we don’t know ourself as well, don’t we?
This site is just another drop into general cauldron of knowledge that, I sincerely believe, may help you to appreciate tremendous importance of neighboring world. On our pages we also can help you to discover an amazing world of staining beauty, incredible diversity, enviable endurance with awe-inspiring diapason of unimaginable shapes and breathtaking colors. More specifically, this site is about diving, photography and travel experiences.
The greatest benefit of the internet that no matter where you are now, Indonesia, Mexico, Australia, Russia or some other exotic place, we can get together and share with each other precious knowledge about places we’ve visited or dove. And as wisdom proclaims, more we share more we know.
Would you like to tell others what you’ve seen? Got pictures or videos to share? Maybe you have an advise what not to do or places one should stay away from. Well, Todivetoday.com is your opportunity to speak out and let others know what’s in your mind.
We are trying to build this site (and constantly work on improvements) so that first of all it would be convenient to use. Keeping “diving” in mind, we created separate page dedicated to dive profiles with names of each dive-site, graphical depiction of the dive and corresponding place on the map. You can find it here.
Of course there is a Blog, where you will be able to find reports, pictures, slideshows and other useful information regarding the latest trips.
Calendar is the page where you can find information about upcoming events. For your, and our own convenience, we put as much details, particulars, facts, figures and instruction as we could.
There is a page wich we called “Our Friends” with recommendations of people, resorts, dive-shops … in other words its all about “who you know and what you’ve seen”. And we sincerely hope that who and what we recommend will prove to be worthy of our endorsement.
Also please, we would like to hear from you if you think something is missing or need to be added to the pages of ToDiveToday. In the near future we plan to put together and share tips and tricks about diving techniques and dive-gear recommendations based on our own observations.
A word of appreciation to every responsible diver. Thank you, guys, for being super careful and sensible to places we visit, above and below the surface of the ocean. Let’s take plenty of pictures and leave behind nothing but our love.
So let’s “gather” together, discuss, share and help each-other to dive this beautiful world one site at a time…
… very safely and happily…
